Lo scatto è il frutto di una osservazione compiuta lo scorso 7 gennaio e illustra chiaramente il tempo poco clemente che ha colpito la Gran Bretagna negli ultimi giorni. La neve copre buona parte dell’isola dalla costa occidentale a quella orientale.

La presenza di alcune nubi – che dallo spazio risultano bianche e candide come uno strato nevoso – rende ancora più impressionante l’aspetto della congelata patria di Sua Maestà. Si portino le regali babbucce e una damigiana di gin.
